Don't Roll Back Progress on Clean Energy

Message to House Leadership on Clean Energy Law:

We urge you to defend Washington’s clean energy laws and oppose Senate Bill 5840.  Now is not the time to turn our backs on clean energy! It’s the time to repower America and build a clean energy economy.

Voters approved Initiative 937 in 2006 for very good reasons. We cannot afford the consequences of failing to reduce global warming pollution and our dependence on fossil fuels.

Please don’t let Washington become the first state in the nation to turn back the clock on clean energy progress.
