We are writing to express our strong support for the Fair Share Act, introduced by Senator Kerry and Representative Ellsworth. The Fair Share Act will close a loophole that allows corporations like Kellogg Brown Root to avoid paying their share of payroll taxes by setting up sham foreign subsidiaries overseas. No one should get away with not paying their fair share of taxes, but it's especially galling when the company in question is making billions every year in U.S. Government contracts. Please support this bill and do everything you can to ensure its passage.
