What to expect during our hiring process
1. Submit your application materials

Submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining your interest in Fuse and this position.

2. Phone Screening

Participate in a short phone screening with our Operations Director.

3. First Interview

Join a first-round interview with the hiring manager and one or two other team members.

4. Skills assessment

Fill out a skills assessment or writing test, depending on the position.

5. Reference checks

Provide three references for the hiring manager to check before the second interview.

6. Second round interview

Participate in a second round interview with the hiring manager and one or two additional team members.
